I’m not comfortable driving in hill areas. Do you have a pick-up and drop off available for site visit?
Yes, totally. The pick-up and drop-off are available from Dehradun city.
Is the project approved by local development authority?
The project doesn’t fall within jurisdiction of any urban development authority. It’s located in a rural location, with agriculture land converted to residential. We do have all the necessary approvals for the conversion (143 approved).
Is the loan facility available for the project?
Yes, the loan facility can be availed by providing necessary documentation (proof of income, credit reports etc.) to the bank.
Where will I need to go to do my registration formalities with the registrar?
The registration formalities are done at tahsil Behat, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The project lies just at the border of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Actual site is on Uttar Pradesh side, so there are no restrictions on the total area of land that one can purchase.
